Double Coated Tissue Tape is a two-sided tape. This tape has a tissue carrier for dimensional stability and improved handling, while still maintaining the flexibility of a free film adhesive. Use this tape in a variety of applications, especially those requiring adhesion to high surface energy (HSE) materials.

Packing of Double Sided Tissue Tape
Cut roll: silicon paper between rolls, some rolls/carton; Or customized. Round paper label printed/ paper core printed/ carton printed is available.
Step of Double Sided Tissue Tape
Cut or tear by hand the fabric adhesive tape to the length you need, firmly press the adhesive side against the fabric, and easily peel off the white paper backing, then paste another part of fabric to it. No need to sew, glue, or iron, very easy to use.

Production Process of Double Sided Tissue Tape
1, First, we will choose 50 mic to 120 mic thickness non-woven tissue paper.
Second, we coat very high bond synthetic rubber resin or solvent based, water-based adhesives on both sides of non-woven tissue paper. The choice of glue is based on customers' requirements on the adhesion strength. The thickness of glue we coat is about 50 microns to 80 microns.
Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or nonstandard width and length of small rolls. Furthermore, we can also use our die cutting machines to make different shapes of double-sided tissue tape. Important to realize, the jumbo size is 1020mmx1000m.
